About FluoSolv® 7100DL
FluoSolv® 7100DL is a clear, colorless, ultra-high-purity hydrofluoroether (HFE) engineered as a direct, drop-in replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 7100DL Engineered Fluid. Designed for applications requiring exceptional contamination control, FluoSolv® 7100DL provides tightly controlled levels of ions, metals, particulates, and non-volatile residue (≤1 ppm NVR) for precision cleaning, lubricant deposition, and high-reliability manufacturing.
With low surface tension, low viscosity, excellent materials compatibility, and nonflammable performance, FluoSolv® 7100DL provides exceptional wetting, rinsing, and penetration into micro-features and complex geometries. It is particularly well suited for hard disk drive, electronics, semiconductor, aerospace, medical device, and other critical applications where product purity and minimal residue are essential.
