ABOUT NUTHERM® HT135

NuTherm® HT135 is a low-viscosity HFE-based dielectric heat transfer fluid designed for advanced single-phase and two-phase thermal-management systems. Its combination of a 61°C (141.8°F) boiling point, very low viscosity, dielectric performance, low surface tension, and thermal stability provides rapid heat removal from sensitive electronic components.

NuTherm® HT135 is particularly well suited for direct-contact electronics cooling, semiconductor equipment, evaporative cooling loops, cold plates, microchannel systems, power electronics, and precision temperature-control applications. Its low boiling point supports efficient phase-change cooling, while excellent fluidity and wetting promote rapid circulation and thermal response.
