ABOUT FLUOSOLV® 7300
FluoSolv® 7300 is a high-performance dielectric heat-transfer fluid engineered as a direct, drop-in replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 7300 Engineered Fluid. Its combination of a wide liquid range, low viscosity, excellent dielectric properties, nonflammability, and thermal stability makes it well suited for demanding semiconductor-processing, electronics-cooling, and precision thermal-management applications.
With a boiling point of 98.0°C (208.4°F), FluoSolv® 7300 provides a substantially higher operating-temperature range and lower evaporation rate than lower-boiling fluorinated heat-transfer fluids. Its electrical insulation and materials compatibility make it particularly useful for semiconductor process equipment, electronic testing, reliability testing, and applications requiring precise temperature control around sensitive electrical components.
