ABOUT FLUOSOLV® PF-5052
FluoSolv® PF-5052 is a high-performance perfluorinated dielectric heat-transfer fluid engineered as a direct, drop-in replacement for 3M™ Performance Fluid PF-5052. Designed for demanding electronics and thermal-management applications, FluoSolv® PF-5052 combines excellent dielectric strength, low viscosity, nonflammability, chemical inertness, and thermal stability for reliable heat transfer around sensitive electrical and electronic components.
Its electrically insulating properties make FluoSolv® PF-5052 particularly well suited for direct-contact electronics cooling, semiconductor process equipment, electronic testing, power electronics, and other systems where the heat-transfer fluid may contact energized components. Its low viscosity promotes circulation through complex geometries while its fluorinated chemistry provides excellent chemical stability and broad compatibility with commonly used system materials.
