ABOUT FLUOSOLV® 7000
FluoSolv® 7000 is a high-performance dielectric heat-transfer fluid engineered as a direct, drop-in replacement for 3M™ Novec™ 7000 Engineered Fluid. Designed for extreme low-temperature thermal management, FluoSolv® 7000 combines exceptionally low viscosity, excellent dielectric properties, nonflammability, and thermal stability for reliable heat transfer at temperatures approaching −120°C.
Its combination of an extremely low pour point, dielectric performance, and excellent fluidity at low temperatures makes FluoSolv® 7000 particularly well suited for semiconductor process equipment, electronics cooling, thermal and reliability testing, chemical and pharmaceutical processing, and other demanding low-temperature thermal-management systems. Its low boiling point also supports applications utilizing evaporative or two-phase heat transfer.
