ABOUT NUTHERM® HT100
NuTherm® HT100 is a high-performance HFE-based dielectric heat transfer fluid designed for advanced thermal-management applications. Its combination of low viscosity, wide liquid range, excellent dielectric performance, chemical stability, and a 128°C (262.4°F) boiling point supports efficient single-phase and two-phase heat transfer.
NuTherm® HT100 is particularly well suited for direct-contact electronics cooling, semiconductor process equipment, power electronics, recirculating chillers, cold plates, environmental chambers, and other systems requiring precise temperature control around sensitive electrical components. Its low viscosity and surface tension promote efficient circulation, wetting, and heat exchange through complex system geometries.
