ABOUT NUTHERM® S165
NuTherm® S165 is an ultra-low-viscosity silicone dielectric heat transfer fluid. Its combination of excellent low-temperature fluidity, dielectric performance, low surface tension, and thermal stability provides reliable heat transfer across demanding closed-loop thermal-management systems.
NuTherm® S165 is particularly well suited for low-temperature recirculating systems, refrigerated baths, freeze-drying equipment, calibration baths, cryostats, electronics cooling, and other applications requiring dependable circulation at extremely low temperatures. Its electrically insulating silicone chemistry also supports thermal management around sensitive electrical and electronic components.
