ABOUT NUTHERM® HT120
NuTherm® HT120 is a low-viscosity HFE-based dielectric heat transfer fluid designed for advanced single-phase and two-phase thermal-management systems. Its combination of a 76°C (168.8°F) boiling point, very low viscosity, dielectric performance, low surface tension, and thermal stability provides efficient heat transfer around sensitive electronic components.
NuTherm® HT120 is particularly well suited for direct-contact electronics cooling, semiconductor equipment, evaporative cooling loops, recirculating chillers, cold plates, battery thermal management, and precision temperature-control systems. Its low boiling point supports efficient phase-change cooling, while excellent fluidity promotes rapid circulation and thermal response.
