About NuGenTec AC22
NuGenTec AC22 is a mildly acidic, water-based industrial cleaner formulated for non-ferrous metals including copper, brass and aluminum. It is especially well suited for high-pressure spray cleaning and parts-washer applications where effective removal of oils, grease and manufacturing soils must be balanced with protection of sensitive metal surfaces.
AC22 removes a broad range of industrial contaminants including shop oils, metalworking fluids, inks, carbonaceous deposits, smut, screw-machine oils, drawing compounds, buffing and lapping compounds, and burned-on waxes and oils. Built-in corrosion protection helps protect aluminum, brass and copper during processing.
The formulation also incorporates an active defoaming system for heated spray applications. Above 120°F, the built-in defoamer helps suppress foam even when the bath becomes contaminated with foaming coolants or soils. AC22 also splits oil during settling, allowing separated oils to be skimmed from the bath and simplifying solution maintenance.
