ABOUT AQUAKLEAN® EF105MF
AquaKlean® EF105MF is a mildly alkaline, moderate-foaming, multi-metal cleaner engineered for tank, immersion, and light-spray cleaning. Its non-silicated, non-caustic chemistry removes oils, grease, fingerprints, inks, metalworking fluids, drawing compounds, and polishing and buffing residues without the sludge and scale associated with conventional silicated cleaners.
Excellent wetting and fast-rinsing performance help reduce residues and leave consistently clean surfaces for downstream processing. AquaKlean® EF105MF also provides excellent oil splitting for recirculating systems and a controlled micro-etch on aluminum and aluminum alloys, making it particularly well suited for pre-plate surface preparation.
AquaKlean® EF105MF may also be used in solvent-replacement tanks with hand-brushing operations. Its broad-use chemistry is suitable for demanding manufacturing environments where effective soil removal, clean rinsing, and multi-metal flexibility are required.
