About AquaKlean® EF105LF
AquaKlean® EF105LF is a low-foaming, mildly alkaline multi-metal cleaner engineered for industrial spray, immersion and tank cleaning. Its non-silicated, non-caustic chemistry removes oils, grease, fingerprints, inks, metalworking fluids, drawing compounds, and polishing and buffing residues without contributing to silicate sludge or scale.
Excellent wetting and fast-rinsing performance help reduce residues and prepare surfaces for downstream finishing. Built-in corrosion and flash-rust inhibitors protect aluminum and ferrous alloys, while controlled aluminum micro-etching makes AquaKlean® EF105LF particularly useful for pre-plate surface preparation.
AquaKlean® EF105LF can also be used in solvent-replacement tanks with hand-brushing operations. Its combination of very low foam, broad cleaning performance and corrosion protection makes it well suited for recirculating and production cleaning systems.
