AquaKlean® 1400 Multi-Metal Cleaner & Degreaser

ABOUT AQUAKLEAN® 1400

AquaKlean® 1400 is a mildly alkaline, low-foaming multi-metal cleaner and degreaser engineered for spray washers and immersion cleaning systems. Its non-silicated, non-caustic chemistry provides powerful removal of oils, grease, fingerprints, inks, metalworking fluids, drawing compounds, and polishing and buffing residues without the sludge and scale associated with conventional silicated alkaline cleaners.

Excellent wetting and fast-rinsing performance help leave cleaner surfaces with reduced residue, making AquaKlean® 1400 particularly well suited for pre-plate cleaning and other processes where surface cleanliness directly affects downstream finishing quality. Oil-splitting performance also helps separate removed oils from recirculating cleaning baths rather than continually redepositing them onto processed parts.

AquaKlean® 1400 is a drop-in replacement for Oakite® Inpro-Clean® 1300 and can be used in both spray and tank applications. Typical process concentrations range from 1–5% for spray cleaning and 5–10% for immersion cleaning.
