About AquaKlean® SUS

AquaKlean® SUS is a low-foaming, mildly alkaline multi-metal cleaner engineered for spray, ultrasonic, immersion and soak cleaning. Its balanced chemistry provides powerful removal of oils, grease, fingerprints, inks, metalworking fluids, drawing compounds, and polishing and buffing residues while remaining suitable for sensitive substrates.

Operating at a mild pH, AquaKlean® SUS is designed for broad metal compatibility, including soft amphoteric metals such as aluminum, tin and zinc, as well as alloys including brass and bronze. Excellent wetting and rinsing performance helps deliver clean, residue-free and spot-free surfaces across a wide range of industrial cleaning processes.

Built-in flash-rust and corrosion inhibitors provide additional protection during heat treatment, annealing and storage. AquaKlean® SUS also provides a controlled micro-etch on aluminum and aluminum alloys, making it useful where cleaning and downstream surface preparation must be accomplished in the same process.
