About AquaKlean® STC-RP

AquaKlean® STC-RP is a highly alkaline, heavy-duty liquid cleaner engineered for ferrous metals and stainless steel where effective soil removal and temporary corrosion protection are required in the same process. Its low-foaming chemistry removes demanding production soils while built-in flash-rust inhibitors protect freshly cleaned metal surfaces.

AquaKlean® STC-RP provides extended indoor rust protection for up to 90 days, helping bridge the time between cleaning, downstream processing, assembly or storage. Its lower conductivity compared with many conventional highly alkaline cleaners also promotes faster, more complete rinsing and minimizes residual cleaner on processed surfaces.

Suitable for spray and immersion systems, AquaKlean® STC-RP operates from ambient through elevated temperatures and provides high-performance cleaning across a broad process window. It is specifically intended for steel, cast iron and stainless-steel applications where cleaning performance and post-cleaning corrosion control are both critical.
