About AquaKlean® STC-HT
AquaKlean® STC-HT is a highly alkaline, ultra-heavy-duty liquid cleaner engineered for ferrous-metal and stainless-steel cleaning where both aggressive soil removal and corrosion protection are required. Its low-foam chemistry removes grease, oils, chlorinated oils, fingerprints, drawing compounds, metalworking fluids, polishing and buffing compounds, inks, and stubborn carbonaceous deposits.
Built-in flash-rust inhibitors provide extended indoor corrosion protection for up to 90 days. AquaKlean® STC-HT also has significantly lower conductivity than many conventional highly alkaline cleaners, promoting faster rinsing and spot-free surfaces while reducing residual cleaner left on processed parts.
For applications requiring maximum temporary corrosion protection, AquaKlean® STC-HT may also be used in select no-rinse processes, allowing the protective chemistry to remain on the surface without spotting. Its broad operating-temperature range and absence of a cloud point help maintain clear bath conditions for easier visual monitoring of soil loading.
