About NuGenTec SN8 (AlumaCoilKlean)

NuGenTec SN8, also sold as AlumaCoilKlean, is a heavy-duty, highly alkaline liquid cleaner and degreaser designed for demanding industrial metal-cleaning applications. It removes soils, grease, shop oils, inks, carbonaceous deposits, smut, metalworking fluids, drawing compounds, buffing compounds and lapping residues from fabricated components and metal surfaces.

The silicated formulation is specifically designed to provide strong alkaline cleaning while remaining suitable for aluminum and magnesium. This makes NuGenTec SN8 (AlumaCoilKlean) particularly useful where aggressive degreasing is required without the excessive attack that uninhibited caustic cleaners can cause on light-metal substrates.

NuGenTec SN8 (AlumaCoilKlean) may be used in immersion, ultrasonic and light-spray systems, either heated or unheated. Increasing temperature and adding ultrasonic agitation can improve cleaning performance on difficult soils. The product is also compatible with a broad range of processing-equipment materials including steel, stainless steel, PVC, PE, UHMWPE, polypropylene, Delrin® and Kynar®.
