About NuGenTec HDS90
NuGenTec HDS90 is a heavy-duty, highly alkaline aqueous cleaner designed for industrial parts cleaning, fabricated-metal cleaning, metal finishing and solvent-free degreasing. Its silicated formulation removes grease, shop oils, inks, carbonaceous deposits, smut, metalworking fluids, drawing compounds, buffing and lapping compounds, and burned-on waxes and oils.
HDS90 incorporates nitrite chemistry to help prevent flash rusting on ferrous-metal surfaces. Its built-in defoamer maintains low-foam performance even when the cleaning bath becomes contaminated with foaming coolants or soils, making the product well suited for high-pressure spray and recirculating wash systems.
A key advantage of HDS90 is its compatibility with microfiltration systems. The product is specifically designed to maintain its defoaming capability when circulated through microfiltration, supporting cleaner bath maintenance and extended solution management in production environments. Cleaning speed can also be increased by raising operating temperature.
