Industrial Metal Cleaner for low to moderate foaming, for ultrasonic tank cleaning applications

NuGenTec’s AquaKlean™ MF1 is an alkaline, non-hazmat, aqueous ultrasonic cleaning detergent with low to moderate foaming. It is specially formulated for use in tank applications—its non-silicated and non-caustic formula will not sludge or form scale. AquaKlean MF1 easily cleans greases and oils from most ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

This industrial cleaning agent is also suitable for use with plastics, ceramics, and glass.

High Powered, Eco Friendly Degreaser & Cleaner

AquaKlean MF1 was formulated to provide improved removal of particulates and organics, with reduced residues and fast rinsing. This “green” industrial metal cleaner and degreaser provides excellent wetting and rinsing properties, making it an ideal solution for pre-plate cleaning.

Directions for Use

Although AquaKlean MF1 can be used effectively at ambient temperatures, for best results, it should be used in a 5-20% concentration by volume of water at 120-165°F (49-74°C) for five seconds to five minutes. AquaKlean MF1 will foam at temperatures less than 110°F. Parameters may vary depending on the type and extent of soils being removed. Temperatures may be increased slightly for shorter time cycles.

Test for discoloration on copper alloys and aluminum. Not safe for use with magnesium.
