Description:
NuGeneration Technologies’ NuKoat RP10 is a non-nitrated, non-caustic, silicate-free liquid cleaner/rust inhibitor. Cleaning and leaving a dry film to protect metals from rust during indoor storage in one easy step. Protection typically lasts for up to 3 months depending upon conditions. An amine-based formula along with the addition of a special inhibitor package makes NuKoat RP10 a versatile rust preventative solution. Not for use on Copper/Cuprous alloys.
Characteristics:
NuKoat RP10 was formulated to provide improved rust/flash rust protection after an in-process cleaning step that removes many shop soils and oils. NuKoat RP10 is specially formulated to be used in multi-metal applications such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals including Aluminum, Zinc, rubber gaskets and PVC. Not for use on Copper/Cuprous alloys.
Directions for Use:
NuKoat RP10 is applied by either spray or immersion. Coatings can be heat-treated, and, if desired, can be easily removed with a mild cleaner. NuKoat RP10 should be run at 3 - 10% by volume of water at 70° to 160°F for 15 seconds to 3 minutes depending upon the application.
