FluoSolv® CAS Details

FluoSolv® CAS is a non-VOC proprietary vapor-degreasing solvent blend. It does not contain trans-dichloroethylene, alcohol or hydrocarbons all of which are designated as volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD).

FluoSolv® CAS has been certified by the SCAQMD as a Clean Air Solvent because it is a “zero-VOC” blend, making it an ideal choice for vapor degreasing solvent users in California for precision cleaning applications such as particulates, fingerprints and light oils & greases.

Material Compatibility

FluoSolv® CAS is compatible with all metals, ceramic and other non-conducting materials. Most elastomeric materials are compatible except fluoroelastomers such as Viton & Kalrez which tend to swell. It is recommended that all materials be tested prior to use.

Additional testing required for plastics such as ABS, Acrylic, Polycarbonate and fluoroelastomers (Viton A & B & others)
