FluoSolv® 5408 approved for use under Boeing Spec BAC 5408.
NuGenTec, the manufacturer of FluoSolv® vapor-degreasing solvents, has now received approval for the use of FluoSolv® 5408 under specification BAC 5408 by Boeing Testing Services. This qualification was achieved through rigorous testing of FluoSolv® 5408 for use on all non-ferrous metals, including titanium parts and assemblies. This qualification is now Revision (T), which is the latest revision to Boeing spec BAC-5408.
