NuWet 4100 Safe Non-Toxic / Non-corrosive / Non-Regulated Low Surface Tension Precision Cleaner

Applications: Moderately acidic Post Polish and Post Texture Media Cleaner. A Non-hazardous product to replace solvent and harsh acid-based cleaners in the Disk Drive (Media Storage) Industry. NuWet 4100 has been formulated with the needs of the electronics and medical device industries in mind. All of our products are manufactured with the highest-grade raw materials using 18 MOhm “Certified Electronics grade” DI water then filtered to meet customers’ requirements before packaging. Our products are cost effective i.e. formulated for extended bath life, contain no chelates, are safe to use (contain NO Prop 65 or SARA 313 ingredients), biodegradable and are easily disposed of(1) of thereby reducing the cost of waste treatment.

NuWet 4100 provides UNSURPASSED wetting proprieties and is, therefore, an excellent choice for pre-plate and pre-sputter cleaning. The extremely fast rinsing properties of NuWet 4100 allow for less water consumption, and shorter rinsing cycle times improving throughput and cost. This product is formulated with very low levels of surfactant for better rinsing in high purity applications. However, the product allows for surface tensions of <24 dynes/cm.

Usage: • 1-3% in spray application • 3-10% in ultrasonic/megasonic applications.
