Description
NuGeneration Technologies’ AquaKlean EF11NN is a mildly alkaline liquid cleaner with moderate foam for use in ultrasonic and tank applications. AquaKlean EF11NN may be used as a cleaner for Mold Release Agents and provides cleaning on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals while enabling a moderate etch on Aluminum alloys.
Other acceptable materials include plastics, ceramics, and glass.
Characteristics
AquaKlean EF11NN was formulated as a Mold Release Agent and cleaner for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is non-nitrated, rinses freely, and effectively removes a broad range of coatings. AquaKlean EF11NN cleans moderate oils, lubricants and Mold Release Agents.
Directions for Use
AquaKlean EF11NN is effective at ambient temperatures. However, it is normally used at 2.5 – 15% by volume with water at 120 – 165 °F. The parameters can vary due to the type and extent of soils to be removed. Temperatures may be increased slightly for shorter time cycles.
Not safe on Aluminum and Aluminum alloys.
