Description of Services:
NuGeneration Technologies assist companies in creating, auditing, writing and
updating Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS Sheets). Our Technical staff
has created over 1,000 MSDS sheets for both internal purposes and as a
consultant to our customers. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are
created for a variety of materials including but not limited to solids, liquids
and gases.
NuGenTec supplies customers with MSDS sheets
that are in compliance with regulations from the following countries: United
States (USA), Canadian (CA) and EU Nations (European Union). Other
countries are included as required by the customer.
2. Required
Information:
In order to begin the MSDS writing project we typically only need:

Ingredient list in the material
-
any physical properties (white sheets,
patents, sales sheets, tech sales sheets are all helpful).

any additional testing or information you
may have for the MSDS.
3.
Protecting your
Trade-Secrets / Confidentiality:
Confidentiality agreements / NDA (Non-Disclosure
Agreements) can be set up free of charge to protect your interests.
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA's) between NuGenTec and Client. If an
agreement is not available, NuGenTec will provide the client with the approved
NuGenTec NDA agreement. Signing of any NDA's is at the sole discretion of
the Client.
4. Pricing:
Basic MSDS Authoring for a new (previously unpublished MSDS for a particular
material) is $950 (US dollars). MSDS sheets for Non-Hazardous and
Non-Regulated compounds/ingredients may be discounted up to 50% as well.

Written as updates or revisions are $500. Discounts apply for multiple
MSDS Sheets up to 25% off of 1st Material Safety Data Sheet Written.

5. MSDS Consulting
Services:
Any product testing that NuGenTec is asked to perform in order to establish
physical properties, or exposure guidelines will require additional charges.
These charges will be determined and negotiated with the client on a case by
case basis. With our vast chemical experience we can act as a liaison
between your company and the Independent Testing Laboratories, however in many
cases the work can be done "in-house."

is included at no additional charge.
When a hazardous materials spill or incident
occurs, it's critical that emergency response personnel have immediate access to
technical information about the product(s) involved, guidance on how to protect
themselves and the public, and what initial action is required to mitigate the
incident.
CHEMTREC's® primary mission is to provide this and other vital information
quickly and accurately 24-hours a day. The phone call is toll-free (800)
424-9300 and there is no charge to the caller for this service.
CHEMTREC maintains one of the largest databases of MSDS's, chemical information
reference resources, and networks of chemical and hazardous material experts in
the world. Emergency responders and others calling CHEMTREC have access to
technical information regarding chemical products as well as telephone access to
product specialists, chemists, or other experts from CHEMTREC's extensive
database of contacts.
CHEMTREC is also able to provide information and assistance to physicians and
other medical specialists with treatment information for acute exposures to
chemicals and other hazardous materials. CHEMTREC can also assist non-English
speaking callers through the use of an interpreter service. For more
